  • 1 Cup Leftover Dal
  • 3 pcs Boiled Potatoes Peeled and mashed
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Corianader Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Cup Fresh Bread crumbs
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1/2 Cup Rawa / Semolina for coating

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl take leftover dal ( I have taken mixed dal tadka ) , add potatoes, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add some breadcrumbs and knead into dough. Set aside for 5 minutes. Divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into tikkis.
  3. Spread semolina on a plate, roll each tikki in it till well coated.
  4. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place tikki and cook, till both sides are evenly golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve Hot with tomato ketchup.
