Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. So in this recipe we have given a twist to ravioli by making it with bread.

This Bread Ravioli is filled with lots of cheese inside and outside with having some flavour of garlic over it.

  • 12 pcs White Bread
  • 12 pcs Mozarella cheese Small thick circle
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Oil for Deep Frying

  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated

Instructions
  1. Roll out each piece of bread with rolling pin and cut two 3 inch circles out of each piece.
  2. In a small bowl,mix together flour and water to form a paste. Place one piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of one round. Spread flour paste around the edges and cover with the second piece of bread. Press edges together to seal. Continue with remaining bread and mozzarella.
  3. Fry each bread ravioli until golden brown. Drain on a absorbent paper.
  4. In a large palte mix together parmesan cheese, pepper, chopped coriander leaves and garlic powder. Toss each drained and slightly cooled bread ravioli in the cheese mixture to coat.
  5. Serve Hot cheesy bread ravioli with tomato sauce.
