Chana Dal Pakora, Dal pakoda or Bengal Gram fritters are super crunchy and delicious pakora’s.

They are packed with Nutritious. This chana dal pakora is on my menu for today kitty party along with some more delicious kebabs like Dahi Ke Kebab, karele ke Kebab and Chicken Tikka

But these pakora’s can be eaten as a snack or you can serve them as a finger food at your next dinner party.

  • 1 Cup Split Bengal Gram Soaked
  • 1 Pcs Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
  • 2 Pcs Green Chilii Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep Frying

  • 1 Cup Split Bengal Gram Soaked
  • 1 Pcs Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
  • 2 Pcs Green Chilii Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep Frying
Instructions
  1. Drain dal and coarsely grind half of the dal and little more finely half of the dal without any water. Transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add Chopped onions, green chilli, ginger, coriander powder, salt and gram flour and mix well.
  3. Now take small portion of the mixture and flatten slightly and deep fry them in a hot oil.
  4. Deep fry them till they are half done take out on an absorbent paper.
  5. Now press the pakora slight with your palm and deep fry them again till they are done on medium heat.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve Hot with green chutney.
