  • 6 slices Bread
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves Finely Chopped
  • 1 pcs Green Chilli Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dry Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp All Purpose flour/ Maida mixed in water
  • To Taste Black Pepper
  • To Taste Salt
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions , when onions gets translucent add mixed vegetables and capsicum.
  2. Saute for some time , add pizza sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper , dry oregano and vinegar. Now mix them well and cook for another  3-4 mins on medium heat till all sauce liquid dries out and vegetables soak all flavours. Keep aside and let it cool.
  3. When mixture gets cool add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  4. Now take a bread slice and cut their corners.
  5. Now take a bread piece and use a rolling pin to gently flat it down, we want to make it thin. Now take a tbsp of stuffing and place it in the center.
  6. Now apply flour paste on all four sides and roll them in a tight roll, and then press all sides well. Just make sure to seal it properly from all sides.
  7. Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the roll until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drain them out on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
