Ingredients
For Arbi Tikki
  • 150 gm Arbi Boiled
  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose flour/ Maida
  • 3/4 Cup Water As Required
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for Deep Frying
For Cheery Tomato Sauce
  • 1 pcs Onion Chopped
  • 3-4 pcs Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 pcs Curry Leaves
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp Toamto Paste
  • 10 pcs Cheery Tomatoes Cut into half
  • 3/4- 1 Cup Water As Required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder As per taste

  • 10 pcs Cheery Tomatoes Cut into half

Instructions
Preparing Arbi & Paneer Tikki
  1. In a large ball add mashed arbi, grated paneer, salt, black pepper and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
  3. In another bowl add flour and water and mix well to make a smooth paste.
  4. Now divide the mixture into equal portion and make round shape tikki.
  5. Now dip the tikki in flour mixture and than cover it with bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry the tikki in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Take out the tikki in absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Preparing Cherry Tomato Sauce
  1. In another pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  2. When seeds gets splutter add chopped garlic. Saute till its raw flavours gone.
  3. Now add chopped onions and Saute onions for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Now add tomato paste and Mix well.
  5. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder. Mix well. Now add water and mix well. Add cherry tomatoes and simmer it for a minutes until tomatoes gets slight soft but remains crunchy and sauce gets thicken.
  6. Now in a serving dish place the tikki and garnish it with cherry tomatoes sauce.
