Modak is a sweet dish that everyone makes at home during Ganesh Chaturthi as a bhog for Ganesha. There are lots of variation that nowadays people make. But the original modak is the one that is made up of rice flour, coconut and jaggery and then we steamed the modak.

But, Nowadays we all are so busy with all our households works because of the coronavirus that some times we get tired. In order to solve this problem here, I came with some instant modak recipe that anyone can make within 10 min and you won’t believe its taste SO DELICIOUS.

Here, I hade 3 variations in my Modak, but you can make a lot depending upon the ingredients and flavours i.e. available at your house.

For Traditional Recipe of Modak Steamed Modak / Ukadiche Modak

Ingredients
  

Choclate Modak

  • 1 Cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 2-3 Tbsp Choclate sauce
  • 2 tsp Powdered Sugar As Per Taste
  • 2 drops Vanilla Essence

Strawberry Modak

  • 1 Cup Dessiccated Coconut
  • 2-3 Tbsp Strawberry Syrup As Per taste
  • 2 Tbsp Milk Powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp Milk Maid / Powdered Sugar As required

Coconut Modak

  • 1 Cup Dessiccated Coconut
  • 2-3 Tbsp Milk Maid As Required
  • Yellow Color Optional

Instructions
 

Choclate Modak

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients all together nicely.
  • Take a modak mould put handful mixture inside the mould.
  • Press it nicely so that it can take the shape of the mould .
  • Take out the extra mixture that comes out of the modak mould.
  • Open the mould and take out the instant Chocolate modak from the mould.

Strawberry Modak

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients all together nicely.
  • Take a modak mould put handful mixture inside the mould.
  • Press it nicely so that it can take the shape of the mould.
  • Take out the extra mixture that comes out of the modak mould.
  • Open the mould and take out the instant Strawberry modak from the mould.

Coconut Modak

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients all together nicely.
  • Take a modak mould put handful mixture inside the mould.
  • Press it nicely so that it can take the shape of the mould.
  • Take out the extra mixture that comes out of the modak mould.
  • Open the mould and take out the instant Coconut modak from the mould.
