Potato fritters are a deliciously easy recipe to make – they make a tasty snack that even the littlest of kids will love, or are fabulous as an accompaniment to a bigger meal like a barbecue and salad.
Potatoes – 1 peeled & grated
All Purpose Flour – 2 Tbsp
Egg – 1
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Oil for shallow fry
Preparation Method :
- In a bowl combine grated potatoes, flour and Egg.
- Mix well until mixture comes together.
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Heat some oil in a Pan, drop a tablespoon of the mixture into a hot frying pan and cook both on side until golden brown.
- Serve Hot with Ketchup.
Note: If you don’t want to add egg replace by milk and increase the flour quantity to 3 Tbsp.
