Charge up with this nourishing drink this Navratri. Lassi made with the goodness of yogurt, bananas, honey and almonds. This is the most nourishing and healthy drink while you are fasting.

Ingredients:

Yoghurt – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Dry Fruit Powder – 1 Tbsp (Almonds+Pistachio+Cashewnuts)
Honey – 1 to 2 tsp
Almonds For Garnishing

Preparation Method:

  1. In a food processor (or Mixer Blender), pour yoghurt, honey, dry fruit powder and bananas.
  2. Blend it well till smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer into a glass and garnish with chopped almonds before serving.
